UL2547 is a multi-core shielded electronic wire with a rated temperature of 80℃ and a rated voltage of 300V. It is widely used for internal connections in electronic appliances, automotive electronics, and industrial control equipment.

UL2547 is a type of twisted or helical shielded multi-core wire, usually consisting of two to three cores. The shielding layer can effectively reduce electromagnetic interference and is suitable for audio and video systems, recording studios, and internal wiring of electronic devices.

Rated temperature: 80℃. It can work for a long time at 60℃ in oil or solvent environments.

The core purpose of shielding is to prevent external electromagnetic interference (EMI) from entering the interior of the cable, and at the same time to prevent the electromagnetic radiation generated by the cable's own signals / currents from interfering with external devices. The two methods of achieving shielding are completely different: 
Coil shielding principle: A metal strip (mostly aluminum foil, copper foil, or aluminum-plastic composite tape) is wound in a spiral pattern around the outer layer of the cable's insulation core to form a continuous metal shielding layer. This layer blocks interference through the "electromagnetic reflection + absorption" effect of the metal. Structural features: The shielding layer is a "wound band structure" with tiny "winding gaps" (which cannot be completely seamlessly covered during winding) and is usually paired with a "drain line" (for grounding, to direct the interference current into the ground). 
Shielding principle: Multiple thin metal wires (mostly copper wires or tin-plated copper wires) are woven together in an interlaced manner (similar to a woven net) around the outer layer of the cable insulation core to form a mesh-like shielding layer. Through the "dense coverage + grounding conduction" of the metal mesh, interference is blocked. Structural features: The shielding layer is a "mesh structure", and the coverage density is determined by the "woven rate" (the percentage of the metal wire coverage area relative to the circumference of the cable). The higher the woven rate, the smaller the gap; no additional current diversion lines are required (the woven wires can be directly grounded), but it has a higher flexibility.

The advantages of the winding shielding: 
Low cost: The manufacturing cost of the wound shielding is relatively low, making it suitable for applications with limited budgets. 
Small outer diameter and softness: The winding shielding usually has a smaller outer diameter and good flexibility, which makes it easy to install and use. 
Suitable for low frequency: The winding shielding performs well in low-frequency applications, effectively reducing radiation and signal attenuation.

The advantages of weaving shielding: 
High-frequency shielding performance is excellent: 
The woven shielding performs exceptionally well in high-frequency applications and can offer excellent anti-interference capabilities. 
Directionless: 
The woven shielding has no directionality. The shielding effect is not affected by the direction of cable bending. It is suitable for applications where the cable needs to be bent frequently. 
The shielding effect can reach 100%. 
Through multi-layer weaving, the woven shielding can achieve a shielding effect of nearly 100%, with high security.

Coil shielding (aluminum foil / copper foil): Primarily used in "weak current + fixed + high-frequency interference" scenarios
