Electronic connection cable - UL2725 sheathed shielded electronic cable

UL2725 is a UL-certified multi-core electronic wire, suitable for internal equipment wiring. The standard specifications cover conductor size, insulation thickness, voltage level and shielding performance.

Conductor specifications

Conductor material: Tin-plated copper or bare copper, twisted structure

Core count: Usually 2 cores or more. It is mostly a four-core shielded cable, consisting of a combination of twisted pair or jumper wire.

Insulation and Sheath
Insulation materials: PVC or XLPE. Some models use SR-PVC

Insulation thickness: Minimum 0.38 mm for 22 AWG wire. Sheath thickness is usually about 0.5 mm, uniform and easy to peel off

Temperature resistance grade: Commonly 80°C or 105°C. Some models are 60°C. Sheath material: PVC. For some special models, it is made of halogen-free material, meeting environmental protection requirements.

Rated temperature: 60°C or 80°C

Rated voltage: 30V AC

Withstand voltage test: Generally, it can pass the 2000V AC (for 1 minute) withstanding voltage test

Flame retardant grade: Can pass the VW-1 or FT1 vertical combustion test, featuring self-extinguishing and flame-retardant properties
